Application of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.
Interpretation
"We", "us, "our", means SNBC Group and its trading name Communicateingreek.com
" You", "your" means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions.
"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
"Product" means the product or products you have ordered from us.
Before Placing an Order
Product Availability
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you have ordered within thirty days of the date of your order. If this is not possible, we will notify you and at your option agree a different delivery period. Alternatively, you may cancel your order in which case, if your payment card has been debited, we will refund you the purchase price.
Our policy is to cancel orders if we have been unable to supply books within 60 days, or any other items within 45 days, with the exception of products that have not yet been released or that are reported as reprinting.
On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which can delay the order until the card has been authorised.
The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.
All delivery times quoted on this website are estimates only, these times are based on working days.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you
Price & Postage
Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are included unless otherwise stated .
Confirming the Order
In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of any age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them.
The Contract Between Us
After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed.
Contracts formed between SNBC Group and users as a result of using this site shall be governed in all respects by English law and all such users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
No contract will subsist between you and SNBC Group for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England, in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.
Restrictions
Before placing an order you must be aged 18 years or over.
Details of any delivery restrictions are noted in the notes/details/description for the products concerned.
In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO addresses. We will contact you if we consider the PO address to be a problem.
Payment Details
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta.
All product prices are shown both in UK pounds sterling and EUROs. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion if necessary.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation/validation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction and to avoid credit card fraud.

Once an Order Has Been Placed
Your Cancellation Rights
It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly on +44 (0)871 989 9677. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned for 48 hours in extremely busy periods, which may result in the order being dispatched.
You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: Audio, video or DVD recordings or computer software if the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you. Or Periodical(s) or magazine(s).
You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven working days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team either by email at cancellations@Communicateingreek.com or by telephoning +44 (0)871 989 9677, quoting your order number. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products and our delivery charges minus a standard administration charge equivalent of 10% of the overall value of your order.
If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within thirty days of delivery. Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within thirty days of delivery, we will credit your account with the cost of the unwanted product minus an administration charge equivalent of 10% of the overall value of your order.
Consolidating Orders
If items that will usually be dispatched within 24 hours are ordered with items that are usually dispatched in more than 24 hours the former may held in order to be dispatched with the latter. Items not available for this consolidation process will be sent out as soon as they are received and any additional postage costs will be paid by SNBC Group.

Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable to you:- For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.
Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Upon Receipt Of An Order
Seller Liability
The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller's liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
Making Returns
Products may be returned:
In person to the SNBC Group Head Office, SNBC Group, Victory Way, Crossways, Dartford DA2 6QD, United Kingdom, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. At the time of return you must show your invoice as proof that you purchased the products from us.
By post in accordance with the following procedure:- Repackage the products securely and send the products together with the reason for return, the invoice number, your e-mail address or telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement. You will find further instructions and the Returns address on the paperwork that arrived with your order.
All unwanted goods must be in re-saleable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact.
Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Refunds will be credited to your payment card or a cheque will be issued. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
Goods 'Lost In Transit'
For deliveries to any UK address please allow 10 working days from the date of dispatch. For International deliveries please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date of dispatch.
If this time elapses and the goods have not arrived, you should contact your local post office to verify that no items are being held for you pending delivery. If your post office has confirmed that no packages are being held, please contact our Customer Services team on +44 (0)871 989 9677.
If you wish replacement goods to be sent, you must contact us within 28 days of your order being dispatched.
We will not send replacement items unless you have checked your local post office first.
We will not send replacement items ouside the UK unless you have requested registered, special delivery
